As part of Renewal, we’re encouraging our teachers to take risks, try new approaches and see what’s working—and what’s not. Part of our innovative approach means we’re incorporating research-backed ideas into our curriculums, but we’re the first to try them! That’s why it’s so important for us to regularly evaluate what’s working the best and what was a worthy mistake so we can learn from these experiences. As our next steps, we would like to develop the necessary system and structures to implement a new teacher evaluation program which is completely aligned to our new directional system.
